Connecting to the FortiVoice-VM instance
To connect to the FortiVoice-VM instance using the web-based manager, perform this procedure.
Prerequisite
You know the username and password that you have specified in Creating a FortiVoice-VM instance.
Procedure steps

Locate the public IP address of the FortiVoice-VM instance:
- From the Microsoft Azure portal.
- In Azure services, click Virtual machines.
- Locate and select your FortiVoice-VM instance from the list.
- Find the Public IP address row and take note of the IP address.
- Connect to the web-based manager of the FortiVoice-VM instance:
- In a web browser, go to
https://<public_IP_address>/admin
.Where <public_IP_address> is the IP address of the FortiVoice-VM instance from step 1.
- When you connect, your web browser may display a security warning related to the certificate not being trusted. This warning is normal and is due to the certificate being self-signed, rather than being signed by a valid certificate authority. Click Advanced and then click Accept the Risk and Continue.
The FortiVoice login page opens.
- Log in to the FortiVoice-VM instance using the credentials configured in Creating a FortiVoice-VM instance:
- In Name, enter the username.
- In Password, enter the password associated with the username.
- Click Login.
The web-based manager page of the FortiVoice-VM instance opens.
You have completed this procedure.
