In Call History, you can apply additional filtering by selecting options available under the following drop-down menus:

  • Direction has the following choices:
    • All
    • Internal
    • Outgoing
    • Incoming
  • Disposition has the following choices:
    • Answered
    • Voicemail
    • No Answer
    • Busy
    • Failed
    • Denied
    • Transferred - Blind
    • Transferred - Attended
    • Other
