Filtering call records
In Call History, you can apply additional filtering by selecting options available under the following drop-down menus:
- Direction has the following choices:
- All
- Internal
- Outgoing
- Incoming
- Disposition has the following choices:
- Answered
- Voicemail
- No Answer
- Busy
- Failed
- Denied
- Transferred - Blind
- Transferred - Attended
- Other
