Importing and exporting speed dial numbers
You can import and export speed dial number lists for fast configuration and backup purposes.
To export a speed dial number list
- Go to Call Features > Speed Dial > Number.
- Click Export.
- Select Export to save the speed dial list as a CSV file.
- Select Download sample to learn how to prepare speed dial numbers to import into the FortiVoice unit.
To import a speed dial number list
- Go to Call Features > Speed Dial > Number.
- Click Import.
- Browse for the number list file.
