Configuring an audio message for an auto dialer campaign

An audio message for an auto dialer campaign can either be uploaded or recorded.

To upload an audio message
Note

Make sure to upload an audio file that meets the following requirements:

  • WAVE (.wav) format
  • Mono, 16-bit PCM (8000 MHz)
  1. Go to Auto Dialer > Campaign > Audio and click New.
  2. Enter a File name for the audio message.
  3. Click Upload.
  4. Locate the file to upload and click Open.
  5. Click Create.
To record a new audio message
  1. Go to Auto Dialer > Campaign > Audio and click New.
  2. Enter a File name for the audio message.
  3. To record a new audio message using a phone, click Record.
  4. In Send record call to, select the extension that you want to use to record the audio message.
  5. Click Create.
  6. Answer the call and follow the prompts to record your message.
  7. When the recording is finished, click OK.
  8. To play the recording, click Play.
  9. To download the audio file (.wav), click Download.
  10. Click Create.

  2. Enter a File name for the audio message.

  8. To play the recording, click Play.
