Using FortiVoice Click-to-dial

1. After the configuration is complete, any webpage that contains a phone number will be highlighted. To initiate the call from your extension, click on the phone number. Here is an example from the Fortinet Support page:

   

2. Alternatively, you can use the dialpad by performing the following steps:
   1. Open the dialpad by clicking the Click-to-dial icon .
   2. To enter a phone number, click the dialpad numbers.
   3. To place the call, click .

      

3. Lift the handset of your desk phone.
4. When the other party answers the call, you are ready to have a conversation.
