This section includes an overview of the FortiCloud and FortiVoice Cloud portal GUI.

After logging in to FortiVoice Cloud using your FortiCloud account, you access the following GUI:

The FortiCloud logo has two variants:

  • If you have a premium account, the FortiCloud logo shows the word PREMIUM. A premium FortiCloud account requires a premium FortiCloud license and offers more features and services. If you are interested in getting FortiCloud premium services, contact your Fortinet sales representative for more information.
  • If you have a basic account, you see the FortiCloud logo only.

The Services section includes links to FortiCloud assets and accounts management and other Fortinet cloud services.

The Support section includes the following:

  • Downloads: Access to firmware and image downloads, and service updates. Fortinet maintains the firmware on FortiVoice Cloud. The phone firmware can be upgraded automatically or manually (see Configuring the phone firmware upgrade).
  • FortiCare: Links to create and manage technical support tickets, and to contact support.
  • Resources: Resources including FortiGuard, Fortinet Document Library, training, and Professional Services.

The Service Status section shows the following status information for your FortiVoice Cloud instance:

  • Call: Shows the uptime and any service interruption details for incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Service Portal: Shows the uptime and any service interruption details for the FortiVoice Cloud portal that you are using to view and complete some basic configuration.
  • Data Centers: Shows the uptime and any service interruption details for all data centers. To show details by data center, click +.

The FortiCloud account is typically your email address.

Click the down arrow next to your FortiCloud account to manage your FortiCloud account.

To end your FortiCloud session, click the down arrow and select Log out.

The Message Center section gives you access to the following FortiVoice Cloud modules and their progress:

  • Pending tasks
  • Completed tasks
  • Maintenance schedule
  • Outage
  • Trunk tasks
  • Phone maintenance sync
  • Chat deploy status (see Syncing Voice User to Chat)

The Account ID section identifies your FortiCloud account.

The Serial Number section identifies your FortiVoice Cloud instance.

The Switch account icon allows you to switch between available FortiCloud accounts.
