Configuring the IP address safelist

Configure the IP addresses to be exempted from being blocked.

You typically add IP addresses from sources that you trust. For example, IP addresses from external customer devices.

To configure the IP address safelist

1. Go to FortiVoice Cloud > SETTINGS > Security Setting > Safelist.
2. Click +.
3. In IP, enter an IP address to be exempted from being blocked.
4. Optionally, add notes in Description.
5. To continue adding additional IP addresses, click + and repeat steps 3 and 4.
6. Click Submit.

To modify an IP address in the safelist

1. Go to FortiVoice Cloud > SETTINGS > Security Setting > Safelist.
2. For the IP address that you want to modify, go to the Actions column and click the Edit icon.
3. Modify the IP address. If applicable, modify the description.
4. Click Submit.

To delete an IP address from the safelist

1. Go to FortiVoice Cloud > SETTINGS > Security Setting > Safelist.
2. For the IP address that you want to remove, go to the Actions column and click the Delete icon.
3. To confirm the deletion, click Delete.
