FortiToken Cloud (FTC) started with a credit-based annual subscription model that has been serving our early customers over the years. To provide better user and sales experience for our customers, we have started with our v.21.2.d release the transition to a time-based annual subscription model which will eventually replace the credit-based subscription model.
While we will continue to support our existing customers of the legacy credit-based subscriptions during the transition period, new customers must purchase the new time-based subscriptions to use our service.
Also, customers of credit-based subscriptions must renew their service with time-based subscriptions when their credit-based subscriptions have expired or when they have used up all the credits in their account. For more information, see
