FortiToken Cloud (FTC) offers SKUs for 120, 1,200, 12,000 and 120,000 credits. See Credit-based SKUs and their services. FTC works in tandem with FC to enforce your maximum user limit. When you try to add more users than the SKU limit, FTC first checks with FC to see if you have enough credits in your account to support the additional users. If you don’t, FTC will prompt you to purchase more credits.
If your credit balance falls below the number for the current maximum user limit, FTC will keep the current maximum user limit. For example, if your have purchased 1,200 credits, FTC sets your maximum user limit to 1,200. If your credit balance decreases to 100, FTC still keeps the maximum user limit at 1,200. If your credit balance increases to 12,000, then FTC sets your new limit to 12,000.
The following table highlights the correlation between your account credit balance and the maximum number of FTC end-users that your account can support.
|Current credit balance||Maxim number of end-users supported|
