Introduction

This document explains the process to run FortiSandbox in air-gapped (or closed) network mode when internet connectivity is not available. The process includes the FortiManager devices and explains the following:

• Devices offline licensing

• Offline updates

• Initializing Microsoft VMs including Microsoft office licenses

The following firmware versions are used for the devices:

Device/Platform	Version Number and Build
FortiSandbox VM	V5.0.0-build 0072 (GA)
FortiManager VM	v7.6.0 build3340 (Feature)

Please refer to the respective Release Notes when using a newer firmware version of FortiSandbox.
