Connectivity and Services

Connectivity and Services

This widget displays information about connectivity and services. The icon color indicates if the service is up, inaccessible, or not configured.

  • Green: The service is accessible.
  • Red: The service is inaccessible.
  • Gray: The service is not configured.

Hover over an icon to see details about that service.

FortiAnalyzer server connectivity

Green

FortiAnalyzer(s) are connected.

Tooltip:

  • All enabled FortiAnalyzer log servers are accessible.
Red

The FortiAnalyzer server is not connected.

Tooltip:

  • At least one enabled FortiAnalyzer log server is inaccessible: Multiple FortiAnalyzer Server are enabled but at least one is inaccessible.
  • WARNING: FortiAnalyzer log servers(s) is enabled, but inaccessible: One or all the FortiAnalyzer servers are inaccessible.
Gray

FortiAnalyzer is not configured or all FortiAnalyzer servers manually changed to disabled status.

Tooltip:

  • No FortiAnalyzer log server is enabled.
Note

In an HA Cluster, the Primary unit can check the non-primary node’s dashboard status in the HA Cluster > SN# page.

By default, all nodes can set their own FortiAnalyzer server configuration. However, the Primary unit can sync its own log server configuration after selecting the sync log server and log settings options. To do this, go to HA Cluster > Cluster Management.
