Turn VM scan ratio on or off.

Set customized ratio (low bound) of jobs to be scanned in sandboxing, from 0 to 100. 0 means no customized setting on the ratio. 100 means all jobs are scanned in sandboxing. |

Display the customized sandboxing ratio. |
