    The dashboard data is not accurately updated as per the configured minimum count of observations.

    Captive portal does not work with FortiPresence when RADIUS authentication is set to AP in FortiLANCloud.

    Set the RADIUS client type to FortiGate in the FortiPresence portal. Navigate to Captive

    Portal > RADIUS Clients

    (create/edit the Device Type).
