New Features
This release of FortiPresence VM includes the following new features.
- You can now also download the Presence dashboard data in the .csv format.
- You can now also download and email Reports in the .csv format and select the fields to include in the downloaded Visitor report.
- When creating a new Portal, you can now subscribe for visitors to receive the company's newsletter regularly.
- You can schedule auto-generation of reports and logs for ease-of-use instead of downloading them manually.
- You can now search for the AP name in Import APs and add them on your site map. You can also search for Fixed Assets.
- You can now optionally enable/disable the GDPR page while creating a new site.
- You can modify the GDPR consent details while adding a new portal/editing an existing portal.
- The visitor is allowed to share specific information by selecting the required data on the portal login page
- On the portal login page, the country code of the attached site is displayed by default
