LDAP server

Perform a bulk user import using an enterprise LDAP/AD. After the server is added, you can import the recipients.

To add an LDAP server:
  1. Go to Recipients > LDAP Server and click Add LDAP. The LDAP Server-Create page opens.
  2. Configure the LDAP server settings.
    NameThe LDAP server name.
    Server URLThe LDAP server URL.
    Connection ModeSelect Non-TLS, TLS, or STARTTLS.
    BaseDNThe point where the server will search for users.
    Search FilterThe search filter syntax.

  3. (Optional) Expand Advanced Field Matching and configure the settings.

  4. Test the connection.
    1. Click Test Connectivity. The Test Connectivity dialog opens.
    2. Enter the LDAP User Name and Password.
    3. Click Submit.
  5. Click Submit. A confirmation message is displayed.
