Configure secure mode

Secure SSL Mode can be used for administrator access. Unique security certificates for the appliances are required to use secure mode. Secure certificates in a high availability configuration may be used on both the primary and secondary appliances if the certificate provider licensing allows them to be transferred to their counterpart in the configuration.

FortiNAC appliances are pre-configured with a self-signed security certificate. The administrator logs in at the following URL, which provides secure access:

https://<hostname_or_IP>:8443

See SSL certificates.
