Connection errors

The table below contains a list of errors that could be displayed if you have problems connecting to the admin UI:

Unable to connect to host
<hostname>

1050

Indicates that FortiNAC was unable to open the port and contact the server. Possible reasons include:

Access could be blocked by a firewall.

Java cache may need to be cleared.

Hostname may be missing from the hosts file. See DNS configuration for the location of the hosts file based on your operating system.

Server may be down.
