Upgrading Agent Software

It is recommended to upgrade the agent using the same method as deployment.

Software Management System or Group Policy

When using Group Policies, add the new agent package and list it as an upgrade to the previous versions. Ensure any previous package referenced by the GPO remains in place until all hosts have successfully moved off that version. For assistance, consult vendor documentation.
