Fixed problem where the SSID was not showing for Aruba IAP

Default configuration has been added to fix problem where the captive network portal on Samsung Android devices did not redirect host to the FortiNAC captive portal.

The new default configuration will only appear on new appliances built on this version. Existing appliances must add the necessary configuration. For instructions on enabling the Captive Network Assistant, refer to the Fortinet Document Library.
