Configure the database connection
- Start Crystal Reports.
- Click File > Log On or Off Server. The Data Explorer window displays.
- Open the Create New Connection folder.
- Double-click the ODBC (RDO) folder or open it and select Make New Connection.
- The ODBC (RDO) window is displayed. Make sure the Select Data Source option is selected.
- Click on the appropriate data source in the list displayed and click Next.
- On the next window, enter the MySQL User ID and Password you created for reports.
- Make sure the Database field is set to bsc and click Finish. The new connection displays in the Data Explorer Window.
- Repeat this process for each FortiNAC server or control server being used for reports.
