OpsGenie is an incident response orchestration platform for teams to manage alerts & the incident resolution process. See https://docs.opsgenie.com/docs/panopta-integration for details on how to prepare OpsGenie for this integration.

To integrate OpsGenie with FortiMonitor, perform the following steps:

1. Go to Teams & Activity > Integrations.

2. Locate OpsGenie under the Incident Management System grouping.

3. Click Install.

4. In the modal that appears, enter your API key obtained from OpsGenie.

   • Obtaining your API Key

     • In OpsGenie, in the left menu, select Integrations.

       • Search for and select Panopta.

       • Copy the API key from the Settings block.

       • Make any other appropriate changes and hit Save.

5. You most likely don't need to change the URL unless you're overriding the geographic location. This is an OpsGenie setting - if you have questions, please reach out to them.
