  • Added a number of CounterMeasures to better support actions targeted at Fortinet devices.

  • Greatly improved the sync performance for OnSights with large numbers of VMware metrics.

  • Added support for OnSight installation on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 and Ubuntu 22.04 LTS VMs.

  • OnSight-based Fabric proxy support for FortiOS 6.x and 7.x.

  • Added explicit shell prompt to the OnSight shell to make it easier to determine when working inside the shell.

  • Allow the installation of the OnSight to be installed on systems with less than 4 CPU cores and 8 GB of memory with the use of a configuration option (SMALL=1). For example:
    curl -fsSL https://packages.panopta.com/install/onsight/onsight-install.sh > onsight-install.sh && SMALL=1 bash onsight-install.sh <CUSTOMER KEY>
    For more information, see Resource Requirements.

  • OnSight appliances using DHCP now use the MAC address for the lease request, preventing problems with multiple instances receiving the same IP address.
