AI Analysis link exposed in Device Manager redirects to FortiAIOps MEA

A new AI Analysis link added in Device Manager redirects to FortiAIOps management extension.

To view FortiAIOps analysis from FortiManager:

1. In FortiManager, go to Device Manager > Monitors.
   By default, the AI Analysis monitor is grayed out.
   
2. Click on AI Analysis, and a window to enable FortiAIOps is displayed.
   
3. Click OK, and ForitAIOps will begin to download.
   
4. After the download finishes, the AI Analysis monitor link is no longer grayed out.
   
5. Click AI Analysis again and you are redirected to FortiAIOps.
