Organizing accounts & granting permissions

As your organization grows, you may have many administrators and FortiMail Cloud tenants. Best practice is to limit each account to the scope required by that person's job. This reduces the risk if any of the accounts are compromised.

By defining permissions before you provision tenants, you ensure that, from the start, only authorized accounts can access those tenants.
