You can use FortiOS Carrier to:

Apply filtering and content checking to GPRS Tunneling Protocol (GTP) traffic as it passes through 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G carrier networks.

Apply filtering and content checking to Packet Forwarding Control Protocol (PFCP) traffic it passes through 4G and 5G carrier networks.
