Defining the corporate LAN object

Create an Address object for the corporate network summary (such as an RFC1918 network).

You can reference the subnet object in future policies, routing, and IPSec configuration for ease of use.

To define the corporate LAN object:

1. In FortiManager, go to Policy & Objects > Object Configurations > Firewall Objects.
2. In the tree menu, select Addresses, and from the Create New menu, select Address.

   The Create New Address pane is displayed.

3. In the Address Name box, type CORP_LAN.
4. Set the remaining options for your network, and click OK.
