To create a route table for the internal network:
- You must change the default gateway for the protected network and point it to the FortiGate-VM’s second network interface. Go to Route Tables > Create Route Table.
- For all destinations, choose Internet Gateway for now. You will change the configuration later. Click Create Route Table.
