Connecting to individual FIM and FPM CLIs of the backup FortiGate-7000 in an HA configuration

From the primary FIM of the primary FortiGate-7000 in an HA configuration, you can use the following command to log in to the primary FIM of the backup FortiGate-7000:

execute ha manage <id>

Where <id> is the ID of the other FortiGate-7000 in the cluster. From the primary FortiGate-7000, use an ID of 0 to log into the backup FortiGate-7000. From the backup FortiGate-7000, use an ID of 1 to log into the primary FortiGate-7000. You can enter the ? to see the list of IDs that you can connect to.

After you have logged in, you can manage the backup FortiGate-7000 from the primary FIM or you can use the execute-load-balance slot manage command to connect to the CLIs of the other FIM and the FPMs in the backup FortiGate-7000.
