Viewing the Nodes Dashboard
To view the Nodes module's Dashboard tab, follow these steps.
How to view the Nodes Dashboard
- In the FortiDLP Console, on the left-hand sidebar, click
.
The Dashboard tab is shown. - Optionally, do the following:
- To view the nodes that comprise a data point in a donut chart, click a segment of the chart. This will take you to the Table tab with the matching filter applied.

- To view the nodes that comprise a data point in the "Agents by activity" or "Agent versions" widgets, hover over a value and click
. This will take you to the Table tab with the matching filter applied.
- To modify the "Online activity" chart's time range, click the time selector and set your preferred time range:
- To filter using a time preset, click one of the following options.

- To filter using custom time frame:
- In the From fields, type or select the start date and time.
- In the To fields, type or select the end date and time.
- Click Apply.

- To filter using a time preset, click one of the following options.
- To use the "Top health issues" widget:
- To view more information about an issue, including the most common error message, and the affected OS and Agent versions, on the right side of the row, click
.

- To view all nodes affected by the issue:
- On the right side of the row, click
- Click View affected nodes. This will take you to the Table tab with the matching filter applied.
- On the right side of the row, click
- To suppress the component, which will stop it from reporting an unhealthy state for all nodes affected by the issue:
- On the right side of the row, click
.
- Click Suppress component.
- In the Suppress to disable reporting dialog box, click Confirm.

This only applies to nodes that are reporting the component state at the time of suppression.
You can also suppress components for nodes individually. For more information , see Viewing the Node profile page.
- On the right side of the row, click
- To view components that were suppressed for a group of nodes, on the top right of the widget, click
> Show suppressed. Suppressed components are indicated with a gray node count.
- To unsuppress a component for a group of nodes that it is currently suppressed for:
- On the top right of the widget, click
> Show suppressed.
- On the right side of the row, click
.
- Click Unsuppress component.
- Click Confirm.
- On the top right of the widget, click
- To export the data relating to an issue and affected nodes:
- On the right ride of the row, click
.
- Click Export and then either CSV or XLSX.
- On the right ride of the row, click
- To view more information about an issue, including the most common error message, and the affected OS and Agent versions, on the right side of the row, click
- To filter by an event stream health state, hover over the relevant state in a widget and click
. This will take you to the Table tab with the matching filter applied.

- To view the nodes that comprise a data point in a donut chart, click a segment of the chart. This will take you to the Table tab with the matching filter applied.
