Viewing the Node profile page
To view detailed information for a specific node, follow these steps.
How to view the node profile
- In the FortiDLP Console, on the left-hand sidebar, click
.
- Select the Table tab.
- Filter for the relevant node. For guidance, see Viewing the Nodes table.
- Select the row of the node you want to view more closely.
The Node profile page is shown. - Optionally, do the following:
- To view more information about the node's Agent component states, click a component state badge in the Agent health widget. A component is indicated with an image icon to the left of its name, and most are nested within expandable sections. For example, the Email component is nested in the Events section.

- To suppress an Agent component for the node:
- In the Agent health widget, click the component state badge.
- On the top-right of the information box, click Suppress.

- In the Suppress to disable reporting dialog box, click Confirm.

Suppressed components display with a gray state badge that contains an
icon. A suppressed component's health does not contribute to the overall health of the node or the health of any related components. For example, if the macOS Clipboard Monitor and clipboard operations event stream were in an unhealthy/red "Unknown" state, by default, the node would also be unhealthy. However, if you suppressed both of these components (and there were no other unhealthy components), these components would display with a gray "Unknown" state and the node would display as healthy overall.

- To unsuppress an Agent component for the node:
- In the Agent health widget, click a component state badge that contains the
icon.
- On the top-right of the information box, click Unsuppress.
- In the Unsuppress to enable reporting dialog box, click Confirm.

- To view the node's debug bundles and performance reports:
- In the Bundles and reports widget, select the time frame of the bundles and reports you want to view.

- Click a debug bundle or performance report to download.
- Extract the ZIP file.
- Do one of the following:
- Review the debug bundle files you are interested in.
- To view the performance report:
- Double-click the
performance-reportfolder. - Double-click the
index.htmlfile.
- Double-click the
- In the Bundles and reports widget, select the time frame of the bundles and reports you want to view.
- To inspect the node's event streams, click View in Investigate.

- To perform an action on the node:
- Click Perform action.

- Follow the detailed guidance in Actions for the relevant action type.
- Click Perform action.
- To request a scoped investigation for the node:
- At the top of the page, click
> Request investigation.

- Follow the detailed guidance in Scoped investigations.
- At the top of the page, click
- To edit the node's labels:
- In the Labels widget, click
.
- In the Edit labels dialog box, select/deselect the relevant labels. You can also click Create new label and create a new label to assign to the node.
- Click Assign labels.
- In the Labels widget, click
- To archive/unarchive the node:
- At the top of the page, click
> Archive node/Unarchive node.

- If you are archiving the node, in the dialog box, type the archiving reason.
- Click Archive/Unarchive.
- At the top of the page, click
- To view the node's configured policies, at the top of the page, click
> Show configured policies.

- To view more information about the node's Agent component states, click a component state badge in the Agent health widget. A component is indicated with an image icon to the left of its name, and most are nested within expandable sections. For example, the Email component is nested in the Events section.
