To view the SaaS apps dashboard, follow the instruction below.
How to view the SaaS app dashboard
- In the FortiDLP Console, on the left-hand sidebar, click
.
The Dashboard tab will be preselected. - Optionally, do the following:
- To change whether the data in the widgets is based on user or node activity, at the top-left corner of the page, click
and select Users or Nodes.
- To change the time frame for the data in a widget, at the top-right side of a widget, click the time picker menu and select another time frame.
This option is available for the SaaS app usage trend and File movement widgets.
- To change the apps shown in a widget, based on whether they have high or low values, click the menu on the right-hand side of a widget and select an option.
- To filter by unused apps in the Inventory tab, click the unused apps widget.
- To filter by an app verdict in the Inventory tab, click a verdict in the SaaS apps by verdict widget.
- To filter by apps in the Inventory tab that have been accessed with a corporate or non-corporate account at least once, click an account type in the SaaS apps per account type widget.
- To pivot to events filtered by an app in the Browser event stream in the Investigate module, click any app in a widget and then
in the context box.
