Viewing assets

OOB, custom, and sensitivity label assets are viewable from the Policy assets page.

From here, you can view an asset's configuration details as well as the number of policies where the asset is in use. You can also quickly navigate to the corresponding templates to make changes.

How to view assets

1. In the FortiDLP Console, on the left-hand sidebar, click .
2. Select the Policy assets tab.
   Assets are displayed.

You can quickly find an asset by: typing the first few letters of its name, tag, or description into the search box. clicking a column name and applying a filter. For example, you can filter by asset type.

3. To view an asset's configuration details or linked policies, click the asset name.

In the dialog box that displays, the Asset configuration tab provides the asset configuration and the Linked policies tab shows policies using the asset. To open the template editor for a linked policy, click .
