Moving policies

To move a policy to a different policy group, follow these steps.

How to move a policy

1. In the FortiDLP Console, on the left-hand sidebar, click .
2. Click the policy group containing the policy you want to move.
3. On the row of the relevant policy, click> Move.
   
4. Select the radio button of the policy group you want to move the policy to.
5. Click Apply.

The moved policy will display within your selected policy group. After you move a policy, you must publish both policy groups (the old group and the new group) for the changes to take effect. For instructions, see Publishing policy groups.
