Editing policy groups
To edit a policy group, follow these steps.
Changes made to a policy group will not be applied until they are published.
How to edit a policy group
- In the FortiDLP Console, on the left-hand sidebar, click .
- Click the relevant policy group.
- Modify the policy group as needed:
- To edit a policy group name and/or description:
- On the top-right corner of the page, click> Edit name and description.
- Modify the group name and description as needed.
- Click Save.
- On the top-right corner of the page, click> Edit name and description.
- To edit a label configuration:
- In the label widget, click Edit.
- Modify the Include and Exclude list configurations as needed, as detailed in Configuring policy templates.
- Click Save.
- In the label widget, click Edit.
- To edit template parameter values:
- Click the policy you want to modify.
- Update the parameters as needed, as detailed in Configuring policy templates.
- Click Save.
- Click the policy you want to modify.
- To add a policy, see Configuring policy templates.
- To remove a policy, see Deleting policies.
- To edit a policy group name and/or description:
- Do one of the following:
- To publish the policy group now, click Publish policy group. You changes will be rolled out to FortiDLP Agents within 15 minutes.
- To publish the policy group later, close the policy group page. For instructions on publishing the policy group later, see Publishing policy groups.
On the top-right side of the page, you can select an option in the Sort by menu to sort policy groups by their name (in alphabetical order), or whether they contain warnings, are OOB, enabled, or have/have not been published. |
