Microsoft sensitivity labels

By syncing your organization's Microsoft sensitivity labels with the FortiDLP Infrastructure, you can boost content inspection policies to track sensitive data and prevent data loss. Sensitivity labels can be inspected within files and email headers and attachments.

Once synced, sensitivity label assets can be selected as values for the Microsoft sensitivity labels template parameter.

Using the Unauthorized email sent or received template, you could configure this parameter to identify email headers and attachments that have been assigned a "Highly confidential" sensitivity label and then block sending of the email.
