Installing the FortiDLP Browser Extension on Windows
The FortiDLP Browser Extension is installed out of the box on Windows via FortiDLP's "base configuration" Agent configuration group. Web monitoring must also be enabled via Agent configuration groups. For more information, refer to the FortiDLP Administration Guide.

When the FortiDLP Browser Extension is installed, private browsing and Chrome Guest mode will be disabled unless the Private browsing Agent configuration group setting is set to Allow. This is because the FortiDLP Agent cannot capture browser events when it is used, unless permitted by users in the browser settings. |
