Reviewing your inventory

The Inventory page shows you what is on your network by displaying all assets, vulnerabilities, software, and services. The Inventory page can be sorted, filtered, and exported to obtain specific views of the environment.

The Inventory page has four submenus:

Changing the column display

Click the arrow next to the column header to change the sort order of the column.

Note

Not all columns can be sorted.

At the top of the Inventory page, you can use the Columns dropdown list to select which columns to display or to reset the columns to the default view.

Performing a search

To perform a search on the contents of the Inventory page:
  1. Click in the Search/Query field.

  2. Select which category to search within.

  3. Select = for an exact match or select Like for a partial match.

  4. Enter one or more items to search for. Separate multiple items with a comma.

  5. Click APPLY.

  6. If you want to repeat this search later, click SAVE QUERY.

    The Existing Query tab contains saved searches.

Exporting the inventory

You can export the inventory in JSON format or in a comma-separated values (CSV) file.

To export the inventory:
  1. Select the checkboxes for the rows that you want to export or select the checkbox at the top to export all rows.

  2. Click EXPORT > Export JSON or EXPORT > Export CSV.
