Adding a sub-organization

You can create three levels of organizations.

To create a sub-organization:

1. Go to Organizations.

2. Click one of the organization names to open the Organizations > Details page.

3. Click ADD SUB ORGANIZATION.

   

4. In the Organization Name field, enter the name of the organization.

5. In the Stale Assets field, enter how many days to keep online and offline assets in the inventory for the organization.

6. In the Stale Scan Configuration field, enter how many days to keep online and offline scans in the inventory for the organization.

7. In the Notes field, enter a description of the organization.

8. Click Save.

   The sub-organizations are listed as children for the parent organization.
