Executive report

Executive report

Note

The Executive report belongs to the specific organization selected from the Organization dropdown menu at the top of the FortiDevice GUI. If you select All Organizations from the Organization dropdown menu, the Executive report belongs to the Default Organization.

The name for the Default Organization cannot be changed.

The Executive report shows the Vulnerabilities widget and Asset Types widget and summarizes the data for the organizations, sites, assets, vulnerabilities, and software. Executive reports can be in PDF, HTML format, or both. An Executive report can be generated once or on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. The report is sent to the specified email addresses. Use the Columns dropdown list to select which columns are displayed. Click in the Search/Query field if you need to find an item.

Note

The maximum number of software packages and vulnerabilities displayed in the Executive report is 100,000.

To generate the Executive report:
  1. Click ADD.

  2. In the Report Name field, enter a name for this report.

  3. In the Organizations and Sites dropdown list, select which organizations and sites that you want included or select the All Organization and Sites checkbox.

  4. From the Run Report dropdown menu, select whether to run the report Once, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.

  5. In the Start Time field, click the calendar icon and select the time and date to start running the report.

  6. From the Format dropdown list, select the PDF checkbox, the HTML checkbox, or both.

  7. From the Charts Time Period dropdown menu, select whether the report covers the Last 24 Hours, Last 7 Days, or Last 30 Days.

  8. In the Email To field, enter the email addresses with a comma separating multiple addresses.

  9. In the Notes field, enter a description of the report or any important information.

  10. Check what is shown in the Preview section and then click Save.
