Creating an IAM user

You need to create Identity and Access Management (IAM) users.

To create an IAM user:

1. Log in to https://support.fortinet.com/.

2. Go to Services > IAM.

To manage users in FortiDevice:

1. Go to Users.

   The Users page shows a list of users with FortiDevice access.

   

2. Click the vertical ellipse at the left end of one of the user rows.

   NOTE: You cannot edit a Master User account.

3. Select Edit User.

4. Make any necessary changes and then select Save.
