Adding a channel

Add a channel to specify whether an email is sent or the data is sent to a URL.

To add a channel:

1. Go to Alerts > Channels.

   

2. Click ADD CHANNELS.

   

3. In the Channel Name field, enter a name for this channel.

4. Select one checkbox or both checkboxes:

   • If you selected the Email checkbox, enter one or more email addresses in the Email Addresses field and then select whether the email format is HTML or JSON. Separate multiple email addresses with a semicolon.

     

   • If you selected the Webhook checkbox, enter the URL in the Webhook URL field. If you want to specify additional headers, enter them in the Additional Headers field.

5. In the Notes field, enter a description of the channel.

6. Click Save.
