Resolved issues

725174	FortiDDoS-F-Series 200F/1500F appliances from Releases 6.1.0 through 6.1.2 cannot reach FortiCare servers to obtain warranty and service entitlements and thus also cannot get FortiGuard downloads if subscribed to IP or Domain Reputation services.
