Create Notification Target

There are two parts of in setting up notification in FortiCNP: Notification Target and Automatic Notification.

Notification Targets controls the destination where the notification shall be sent to.

There are 5 types of Notification Targets: AWS SNS, AWS SQS, Email, Jira Software Ticket, and ServiceNow Incident. Besides Email type Notification Target, the other 4 types need to be created in Notification Settings.

Notification Target need to be created first, and then it can be added to an Automatic Notification.

To setup notification target, go to Admin > Notification Settings, and click + Add New.

Select one of the notification service type: AWS SNS, AWS SQS, Jira Software Ticket, and ServiceNow Incident, and click Add New Notification Target.

Types of Notification Target:

• Add Amazon SQS Notification Target
• Add Amazon SNS Notification Target
• Add Jira Notification Target
• Add ServiceNow Notification Target
