Prerequisites

The following items are required to establish an organization and invite other FortiCare accounts to join the organization:

• FortiCloud Premium contract

  The Organization Portal full functionality cannot be accessed without a valid FortiCloud Premium contract in the Root account. If the contract is missing, expired, or soon to be expired, a warning message is displayed prompting the user to purchase the contract through a Fortinet Partner.
