Generate Compliance Report

Generate Compliance Report

Compliance report are automatically generated monthly, quarterly, and yearly. You may also customized a time frame to generate compliance reports. HIPAA, GDPR, SOX-COBIT, and PCI-DSS are generated in zip format while ISO 27001 and NIST800 reports are in PDF. Click on the action icon to download the report.

The prerequisite to generate Compliance report is to enable and configure Compliance Policies required by your organization. For more details on configuring Compliance policies, please refer to Policy Configuration.

Customized Compliance Report

After you have enabled Compliance Policies, follow the steps below to generate Compliance report.

  1. Go to Overview > Report > Compliance from FortiCASB navigation pane, Click on Generate to generate Compliance Report.
  2. Select a Report Type, then select a Cloud Application (Office 365, Google Workspace etc.)
  3. Select a Time Frame that is within 90 days from today.
  4. Click Generate Now to generate the report.
  5. The report will be generated with your user name, cloud application, report type, and date range as the file title.
  6. For example, an Office 365 PCI compliance report with a date range of 3/1/2020 to 3/14/2020 will be " 'User Name' Office 365 PCI Compliance Report Mar 14 00:00:00 - Mar 14 23:59:59 UTC.zip".
