New account with No License Error
Please check on your primary FortiCloud account to see if the license is present with these steps:
- Log into FortiCloud https://support.fortinet.com/ with your primary FortiCloud account.
- From the top main menu click on Asset > Manage/View Products.
- Check and see if the licenses you purchased is shown in the product list.
- If you find your license on the list, then you can add the license through creating a company. Please see Company Management.
- If you do not see the license you purchased is on the list, please contact FortiCloud support.
