Creating a new CA on the FortiAuthenticator

To create a new CA:
  1. On the FortiAuthenticator, go to Certificate Management > Certificate Authorities > Local CAs and create a new CA.
  2. Enter a Certificate ID, select Root CA certificate, and configure the key options as shown in the example.

  3. Once created, highlight the certificate and select Export Certificate.
  4. This will save a .crt file to your local drive.
