What's new

FortiAuthenticator version 6.0.5 includes the following new features and enhancements:

FTM push proxy features

FortiAuthenticator now sends the FortiToken Mobile push request to a FortiGuard/FortiCloud push proxy.

In order to support the FTM push feature, FortiAuthenticator must be able to reach push.fortinet.com over TCP/443.

Azure UUID to group name mapping

FortiAuthenticator 6.0.5 includes explicit options to specify how to retrieve group information in a SAML configuration. The options include:

  • Extracted in the form of UUID from the SAML assertions returned by the Azure IdP and optionally converted to group names.
  • Extracted with a lookup to an LDAP server.
