What's new in this release

FortiOS 7.2.1 wireless includes the following changes:

• Improves MAC address filtering from the GUI.

• Supports disabling 802.11d to enable backwards compatibility with older clients.

• Supports Layer 3 roaming using bridge mode SSIDs.

• Redesign rate control CLI to support allowed data rates based on 802.11ac.

• Adds Advanced Wireless Features as an option to Feature Visibility.

• Adds profile support for FortiAP G series models.

• Supports Hash-to-Element (H2E) only and SAE Public Key (SAE-PK) Wi-Fi 6 Release 2 enhancements.
