Organizing reports into folders

Organizing reports into folders

FortiAnalyzer reports are organized into default folders. You can create additional folders to organize reports. Reports can be assigned to multiple folders, and folders can be nested.

To organize reports into folders:
  1. If using ADOMs, ensure that you are in the correct ADOM.
  2. Go to Reports > Report Definitions > All Reports.
  3. Click Folder in the toolbar, and select Create New Folder.
  4. Specify the folder name and location and click OK. The folder is now displayed in the report list.
  5. You can now drag-and-drop, move, assign, create, clone, or import reports into this folder. See Managing reports.
To move folder locations:
  1. If using ADOMs, ensure that you are in the correct ADOM.
  2. Go to Reports > Report Definitions > All Reports.
  3. Highlight an existing folder, and select Move from the right-click menu.
  4. Select the target folder location, and click OK.
